The exfoliants are rose petal powder and finest s gently milled oats, in fact so gentle that you can use it daily. Do not wash it off after exfoliating but gentle take the remains off with Gaia Rosewater. To complete the Gaia Goddess Ritual finish your ritual with a few drops of Gaia Goddess Oil
